Worked with the International Association of Culinary Professionals to program and moderate the one-day multi-event spring Cooking Passport. Worked around the world with high level chefs such as Sonoko Sakai, Donna Hay and Pierre Thiam to coordinate multiple camera angles and microphones for a beautiful timed cooking session in a zoom webinar setting.

Host and ran multiple zoom webinars for a full day of events. Created the zoom webinar links for attendees and panelists. Ensured panelists were programmed for each webinar. Tech check and moderator during the cooking sessions. Recorded and distributed the event.

Technical support InEvent

Managed the tech support email helping conference attendees register for events or troubleshoot login issues. Helped manage attendees in InEvent ensuring their ticket corresponded to the list they were on for event access. Ensured that speakers had corresponding speaker access and were on the correct events.

Worked with RedSeal in InEvent programming and managing activities, platform communications, attendees, speakers and much more. During the event I event I worked with the speakers to make sure they were set up for their sessions. ensured the correct speaker was visible at the corresponding time, managed polls and streaming as the host of some events

Zoom Moderator: September 2020 - June 2021

Working on the tech team as a Zoom moderator helping the worship team by sharing slides, music, videos and media. Ensuring the appropriate leader or speaker is in the spotlight at the corresponding time. Posting prayers, links, and literature in the chat and answering any questions from attendees. Maintaining waiting rooms and breakout groups for a variety of virtual worship ceremonies, gatherings and events.
